01 Diagnostic
A short, fixed-scope review that ends in clear priorities.
- When it fits
- Something isn’t working, and you want an outside view before committing to a fix: growth outpacing the way the business runs, numbers you don’t trust or a decision you need to make well.
- What you get
- A short, fixed-scope review, usually one to two weeks. I look at the numbers, the operating model and the systems together, then tell you what to fix first, what it’s worth and who should own it.
- A written priorities report, short enough for a board to read.
- A debrief with you and, if you like, your board.
- A fixed quote for the next step, if there is one.
- How it starts
- A conversation, then an agreed scope and timeframe in writing before any work begins. A fixed fee, from A$4,950.
