How a remote Diagnostic runs for a Sydney business.

    A conversation, then a written scope

    We talk about what is happening in the business. I then write the scope, the timeframe and the fixed fee, and nothing begins until you have agreed it.

  2. The first days

    Access to your systems

    You decide which systems I can see and with what access, and it is written into the scope. I work in your systems and accounts, so your data stays with you.

  3. Through the review

    Working sessions by video

    Short video calls with the owner and the people who run each workflow. I look at the numbers, the operating model and the systems together.

  4. At the end

    The report and the debrief

    A written priorities report, short enough for a board to read, and a debrief with you and, if you like, your board. A fixed quote for the next step, if there is one.

  • Every engagement is agreed in writing before work starts. A Diagnostic usually takes one to two weeks.
  • Fees. A Diagnostic is a fixed fee, from A$4,950; leading the change is from A$6,500 a month; an Ongoing adviser is from A$3,500 a month; and Board and investor support is a fixed fee per deal, from A$7,500, or a monthly retainer. I confirm the fee in writing once we’ve agreed the scope. No hourly billing.
