Privacy and data handling.

How this website handles enquiries, analytics and cookies.

Last updated 25 October 2026.

Demartini Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 77 683 549 046) operates this website, renzodemartini.com, and Works Better (worksbetter.ai). In this policy, ‘we’ means Demartini Holdings Pty Ltd. For questions about your information, email hello@renzodemartini.com.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the name, email address, organisation, role and message you provide. We use it to reply to you and to discuss possible work. Sending an enquiry doesn’t subscribe you to marketing emails. Please don’t include confidential records or sensitive personal information in your first message.

The contact form runs on HubSpot, and enquiries are stored in our HubSpot account, which is hosted in HubSpot’s Australian data centre in Sydney.

If you email us, or we reply by email, the messages are held in our email service, Apple iCloud Mail.

Free resources and the occasional email

When you sign up for a free resource, such as the post-acquisition checklist, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name, and we record which resource you asked for and when. They are stored in our HubSpot account. We use them to give you the resource and to send you an occasional email on AI, automation and finance through growth and deals. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Cookies and page tracking

This website uses two kinds of cookies.

HubSpot page tracking. HubSpot’s tracking code sets the cookies hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc and __hssrc. They record which pages of this site you visit and when. If you send an enquiry, the form passes the hubspotutk cookie to HubSpot with it, so your earlier visits to this site are linked to your enquiry in our HubSpot account. If you don’t send an enquiry, those visits aren’t linked to your name or email address.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. It sets its own cookies and processes usage and technical information, such as page views, device information and approximate location.

Cookie banner. Depending on where you are, a HubSpot cookie banner may ask for your choice about these cookies. HubSpot remembers that choice in the cookie __hs_cookie_cat_pref.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site, including the contact form, still works without them.

Security and delivery

Cloudflare protects and delivers this website. To do that it processes technical information about each visit, such as your IP address and browser details.

Works Better

Demartini Holdings Pty Ltd operates both renzodemartini.com and Works Better (worksbetter.ai). Enquiries sent through either site may be shared between them.

Website Reports

Our internal Website Reports tool reads Google Analytics, Search Console and Keyword Planner data about our own websites, with read-only access to our own Google accounts. Nobody signs in to it, and it reads no one else’s Google data. The analytics it reads are the page-tracking data described above.

Overseas disclosure

HubSpot stores our account data in Australia. HubSpot, Google, Cloudflare and Apple may still process information outside Australia, for example for support, security or delivering their services. Under Australian Privacy Principle 8, the countries likely to be involved are Australia, the United States and other countries where those providers operate.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or existing business relationship and meet our legal obligations. Information held by a provider is kept according to that provider’s settings and practices.

Access, correction and concerns

Email hello@renzodemartini.com to ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or to raise a privacy concern. We will review and respond to your request, subject to any information we need to keep for legal or legitimate business reasons.

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
